In 1998, my brother Clay, my wife Libby, and I opened our first JCW’s in an old Hardee’s building in American Fork. It was a big step for us, but drawing strength from both friends and family, we worked hard and watched our little burger joint grow into five—with 250+ employees.

It has been a great joy and honor to serve our community all these years. We like to think of ourselves as the “Cheers” of burgers. When you come in and enjoy a great dining experience with top quality food and friendly service, you’ll know what we mean.
